Strood Green Shop seeks new Manager

The Shop at Strood Green is superbly led by our Manager, Christine Nolan. After 15 years of dedicated service, Christine has decided to retire at the end of the year. We will celebrate her many achievements in due course, but in the meantime we are looking for someone to take up the role of Shop & Café Manager.

The Shop at Strood Green is community owned and operated.

The Manager’s role will be to continue to provide a highly valued service to local residents and visitors, and to lead our team of 20 part-time employees and volunteers. We seek someone who is customer-focussed, energetic and has suitable retail management experience.

The working hours are flexible, but will be at least 25 hours per week. A job share is possible. This is a salaried role, and includes pension contributions and paid holiday.
