In The Kingdom of the Sweets: The Nutcracker

The Nutcracker ballet has delighted audiences at Christmas for many decades. Based upon the Royal Ballet production by Sir Peter Wright, this talk will be fully illustrated with audio and performance video clips.

Our lecturer Nigel Bates has been a performer for more than forty years in and out of the Royal Opera House Covent Garden.

If you are not a member (we are recruiting new members now) do come as a visitor for £5, either to the hall (doors open at 1.45pm) or via Zoom. Zooming is not complicated and we provide easy to follow instructions.
