Warm Welcome Spaces Reopen

Warm Welcomes return on 1st November 2025 for the fourth time, run in partnership with Surrey County Council and community venues.

Over 80 Warm Welcome spaces will once again open their doors from 1 November, at various locations across Surrey. These include community centres, church halls, local clubs, and most of Surrey’s libraries.

Residents can visit any Warm Welcome to receive a free hot drink, stay warm and be with people in their local community. Some locations also offer free energy advice, social activities, community fridges, free winter essential items and much more.

Warm Welcomes are open to all, free of charge and will run from 1 November 2025 to 31 March 2026. For a full list of Warm Welcomes, visit the Warm welcome page of the SCC website.
